Balance Plus offers classes in Functional Fitness and Aerobics, along
with personal training. |
| Functional
Fitness |
This
class is designed for both men and women. The goal is to condition
your body for functional movement, which includes everything from
daily actions like stepping out of a car or lifting a toddler to
sport-specific moves like swinging a golf club or a tennis racket.
You will see greater flexibility, balance and functional strength.
Resistance bands, weights and balance trainers can be used. All
equipment is supplied. ($5.00) |

| Aerobics |
This
class is designed for both men and women. An hour long class which
has something for everyone. A cardiovascular segment to keep your
heart healthy, (modifications are given for all fitness levels),
strengthening exercises to tone and define your muscles including
abdominal and back exercises and ends with a cool-down and stretching
series. ($5.00) |
